Virtual Open Day – Yackandandah Fire Brigade

The Yackandandah Fire Brigade will be holding a virtual Open Day at 8pm on Thursday 15^th October.

We would like to invite you to join us for a Zoom meeting with a panel of experienced brigade members and ask your questions, seek information, have a chat … just like our usual Open Days at the station, only on-line.

Radio Information Sessions

The Brigade will also be conducting fortnightly information sessions on various fire-related topics presented by a Brigade member on the daily “Yack Chat” program on our local community radio station on Yackandandah Indigo FM 88.

27^th October	Firefighting equipment/property access and water points
10^th November	Securing your home, rural and town
24^th November	Your bushfire safety plan and COVID / leaving early
8^th December	Haystack fires and farm fire safety / livestock / horses
