The organisers of the Spring Migration Festival have once again offered the Yackandandah Fire Brigade the opportunity of running the 2010 Fathers' Day Market. This is to raise funds for our volunteer Brigade. Their offer and assistance are greatly appreciated.

Wellsford Street, Yackandandah, between High and Hammond Streets (outdoors).

Registration:

Please complete this form, and post it to us with your payment attached.
This form also lists some conditions of registration.

Food Stalls:

Each food provider at the market needs to be registered with Indigo Shire for 2010 and submit a food plan. If you are already registered with Indigo Shire only a food plan needs to be submitted. A temporary food premises permit application needs to be returned to the Indigo Shire's Environmental Health Officer.

• Stall sites cost $45
• Due to public liability we ask all stall holders to provide their own insurance. Please include evidence of insurance cover with your expression of interest and payment.
• This is an outdoor market. Each site is 5m x 3m allocated on "first in - first booked" basis.
• Yackandandah Fire Brigade takes no responsibility for inclement weather and retains the right to return any application fee or reject any application and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Vehicles may enter the market area for setting up purposes ONLY and then all vehicles MUST be parked outside the market area by 8.30am.
• Further details will be sent to you closer to the day, along with a receipt.
